The incident was originally deemed “a terrorist attack”, by Pierre Poillievre and plenty more folks on X.
The Niagara Falls border crossing was shut down for hours, as were many others. (A response due to “panic”, no doubt… Remember 9-11?)
Rumors were spreading like wildfire on X, so I did my due diligence. I attempted to help extinguish the spreading panic by posting an eye-witness report:
Imagine though, that the unfortunate driver of that vehicle was an airplane pilot instead, say, on approach to an airport packed with human beings, piloting an aircraft packed with human beings and at least some fuel remaining in tanks...
Many people's first thought would be “terrorist attack”.
My first thought was: heart attack.
My first thought was stroke or heart attack and a Tesla car. I told hubby I bet they're fear mongering again.
